Our pest and wildlife guarantees, in writing.

Signed and dated. Break any of them, and we make it right — not you.

If they come back, so do I.” — Sheriff Six-Legs

I.

Same-day response.

Or today's service is free.

If you call or book before noon and we cannot put a technician at your door today, today's service is free. Full stop. No rescheduling fees, no apologies. This is how we make sure our dispatch stays honest.

  • Applies to all residential pest emergencies
  • Weekdays and weekends across the Lower Mainland
  • In effect since the day we incorporated
  • Documented on every service contract
II.

60-day pest return.

If it comes back, so do we. Free.

If the pest we treated returns within 60 days of service, we come back to treat it again at no charge. No questions, no paperwork, no debate. This is the floor of what a modern pest control company should offer — and one of the reasons most of the industry doesn't.

  • Covers all residential pest treatments
  • Applies to the specific pest we treated
  • No deductibles, no service caps
  • Our tech returns within 48 hours of your call
III.

3-year wildlife warranty.

The longest in British Columbia.

When we perform full-home wildlife exclusion — sealing every entry point with industrial hardware cloth, sealed roof edges, vents, soffits, and chimneys — we warranty that work for three years. If wildlife re-enters through any sealed point within that window, we re-do the seal free of charge.

  • Standard on all Full-Home Exclusion services
  • Covers raccoons, squirrels, skunks, birds, and bats
  • Written into the contract, not buried in fine print
  • Transferable to the next owner if you sell your home

Honest limits

What’s not covered, plainly stated.

An oath worth signing has boundaries. Here are ours.

Different pest, new job.

Our 60-day return guarantee covers the specific pest we treated. If you had ants and now have rodents, that’s a separate issue — still covered by our same-day response guarantee, but priced as a new service.

New entry points we didn’t seal.

Our 3-year wildlife warranty covers seals we performed. If new damage to your home creates new entry points (tree branch falls, siding gets pulled, roofer disturbs flashing), we’ll happily repair or re-seal those — but they’re a separate job.

Structural repairs.

We seal entry points using industrial materials that are visually clean and permanent. Larger structural repairs (roof rebuilds, major soffit replacement) may require a roofer or contractor. We’ll tell you up front and can recommend trusted partners.

Compare our oath to anyone.

No one else in British Columbia offers a 3-year wildlife warranty or a same-day-or-free pledge. That’s not marketing — it’s a fact, and we’ve signed our name to it.
